Restaurant Arjau, we cook for you in Port of Maó After 17 years running Restaurant Acuario in Na Macaret and the last summer enjoying as chef at home, we’ve just started a new project with Restaurant Arjau, Moll de Ponent, 11 in the Port of Maó in which we want to make a mixture with both great experiences in front of the stoves. For this, we propose two different offers: The first would be that you choose your meal in advance and the second that you see our menu or our special dishes that will change every three or four days. We have a special sense for the lobster (always ordered in advance), the rice and the fish of the island. But we put the same desire to cook vegetables or every kind of meat because what we really want to do is cook for you.
I cook fresh lobsters the way you like:
The famous stew lobster (caldereta)
With onion or with potatoes (en panadera)
Grilled or brased
Paella or soupy rice
And my favorite fried with eggs & potatoes
